About these terms
These terms apply to use of voidset.shop and purchases from voidset. Please review product details and the applicable shipping and returns information before submitting an order. Contact us if you need clarification.
Products and prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe each item, its material, capacity, color and dimensions. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Review the selected specification and the order total before authorizing payment. Prices applicable to a purchase are those shown for that purchase at checkout.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout using a payment method you are entitled to use. Any payment is subject to authorization and processing by the applicable payment provider.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout information or a payment request does not, by itself, confirm that an order has been accepted. If an order is accepted, the applicable confirmation will identify the accepted order details. Contact us if you are unsure about the status of an order or payment.
Fulfillment and shipping
Accepted orders are handled and shipped in accordance with our Shipping policy. Handling is 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping is free within our supported U.S. delivery area.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy describes the 30-day return window, ordinary return conditions, remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods, return shipping responsibility and refunds. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Product use
Follow the care and use instructions on the product page. Hot drinks can cause burns; allow drinks to reach a suitable drinking temperature. Do not microwave stainless steel vessels. Do not assume any lid is leakproof or suitable for sealing boiling liquid.
