Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. We do not ship to territories, military addresses, PO boxes or international destinations.
When does handling begin?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 07:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00, fixed year-round) on a business day count that day as the first handling day. Orders placed at or after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays start handling on the next business day.
How do I care for my drinkware?
Hand wash with a mild detergent. Follow the specific cleaning instructions on your product page. Do not microwave. Let hot drinks cool to a safe drinking temperature. No specific heat-retention time or leakproof performance is promised.
Can I carry a Desk mug in a bag?
Keep Desk mugs upright. Their removable sip lids are designed for desk use, not for carrying loose in a bag.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies. Contact support@voidset.shop first with your order number and reason to obtain authorization and the return address.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and the problem. Ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions do not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective or incorrect items. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for company errors, damage or defects. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How are prices and payment shown?
Prices are in USD. Review the items, selected specifications and total at checkout before submitting payment. Tax is shown as $0.00; this is not a claim of legal tax exemption.
