Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO boxes, or international destinations. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
Shipping cost and method
All orders receive free standard shipping. There is no minimum order value. Standard shipping is our only shipping method.
Handling and transit
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee.
Order cutoff and business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 07:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00, fixed year-round) on a business day count that day as the first handling day. Orders placed at or after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays start handling on the next business day.
Delivery estimates and assistance
The total estimate combines handling time and transit time. Carrier delays, holidays, weather or address issues can affect delivery. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact support@voidset.shop if you need help with a shipment.
