30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
How to request a return
Email support@voidset.shop within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for the return. Contact us first to obtain authorization and return instructions before sending a parcel. Authorized returns are sent to voidset, 7239 US-20, Madison, NY 13402, United States.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue. The unused, unwashed and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting these problems. We will work with you on the appropriate remedy and provide return instructions where needed.
Return shipping and fees
voidset covers return shipping when the return results from our error, damage, or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Following approval, your refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact support@voidset.shop with your order details if you need assistance with a refund.
